Love the location and specially the staff. It’s so near with the prime brands and restaurants. Would like to commend Charito of housekeeping head for smooth accommodating our special needs. She’s so lovely and very accommodating. I would also to commend the Hotel Manager Monique. She’s very lovely! Lov’n the travel tips she shared to us and most of all her lively greetings every time we meet. Would definitely be back!

The location was in close distance from a parking garage and great variety of restaurants to choose from. Made our arrival stress free and easy to go out for a meal. The initial entry was beautiful and instantly a positive environment from the music to the concierge checking us in. Our room was exactly what you would want when traveling for a stressful medical appointment. It made me feel cozy and comfortable, helped me relax with my love before enduring a long day ahead of us. I fully recommend staying here. You will not regret this stay I promise you that. I wish we were able to try their restaurant, the menu looked delicious. Next time for sure because no doubt there will be a next time.

Room location on the floor plan of the hotel was good The outlook was good The location of the Bar on the ground floor and the adjacent Restaurant was good We enjoyed the Tapas Menu The Bar service was great as well as the service in the Restaurant

Monique was amazing and so was Denise. They made us feel like family! They sent us a lovely bottle of champagne and appetizers for our anniversary!! We left stuff got accident and Monique is mailing it to us! Love them and the amazing rooms! John and Beth Salak

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable. One of the reasons I chose your hotel other than the great location was that you have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. My plane was delayed 3 hours so I arrived very late and was glad to see a smiling face.

My flight got delayed do to a storm and I had to chin in the next day, Cody was great to handle the situation and made me feel comfortable as much as possible although it wasn't the hotel fault! I truly appreciate hotels that care about their gust and make sure he smiles when remembering them!!

The location was good central to everything. The General Manager Kevin was an exceptional individual and I have stayed in at least hundred hotels in my life time and he was exceptionally good No job was too small or big for him .

Room and acommodations were very clean and comfortable. The suite was perfect for our family visit to SF. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious in the adjoining hotel restaurant...Bota Tapas & Paella Bar. Located across from Theaters on Geary Street, many other sites are in walking distance: Union Square, the Warfield Theater, Cable Cars, Grace Cathedral...and beyond!
